Archer Manufacturing provides complete stamping and manufacturing solutions, equipped with punch press and wire-processing capabilities to handle projects of any size. Over the past 30 years, we have produced a wide variety of stamped parts and wire-formed components, serving industries such as storage, shelving, office products, display products, and many others.
Our dedicated wire department specializes in straightening, cutting, and forming steel wire to precise specifications. In addition to stamping and wire work, we offer post-processing services, including cleaning and finishing, to ensure parts meet quality and functional requirements. We also provide assembly services for products that combine stamped steel components and wire elements, delivering fully integrated solutions.
From prototype runs to high-volume production, every project is handled with precision, consistency, and reliability. Our decades of experience and flexible capabilities allow us to tailor solutions to each customer’s unique needs, producing high-quality results across diverse applications.
All primary stamping processes, including blanking, bending, forming, and multi-stage progressive or compound operations. Capable of producing parts ranging from simple shapes to complex geometries in high-volume or short-run production. Maintains tight tolerances and consistent quality throughout the press cycle. Punch presses able to run dies up to 74" x 24" dimensions and 100 tons capacity.
Straightening, cutting, and forming of steel wire into finished components or sub-assemblies. Supports precise dimensions, consistent bends, and repeatable shapes for production and assembly. Ideal for springs, clips, pins, and other wire-based parts. Able to straighten and cut wire up to quarter inch diameter.
Post-stamping processes such as trimming, deburring, coining, tapping, or light assembly. Ensures parts meet dimensional and functional specifications before shipment or assembly. Integrates seamlessly into production workflow to maintain efficiency.
Dimensional and visual inspection of stamped and wire-formed components using gauges, CMM, and other quality tools. Confirms compliance with customer tolerances and specifications. Reduces scrap and ensures consistent output across production runs.
Customized packaging for finished stamped and wire-formed components, including bulk, protective, or configured packaging. Designed to preserve part integrity during storage and transport. Streamlines handling and shipping to downstream assembly or customer delivery.
Small-run stamping or prototype production for new designs, special projects, and unique wire-formed parts. Setup adjustments, material handling improvements, and cycle-time monitoring maximize efficiency and part consistency. Flexible processes support fast turnaround and continuous improvement.
